Who we are
This website is run by Emir Dulovic, independent real-estate advisor (RERA BRN 95228), Dubai, an independent real-estate brokerage enquiry service. We are not DAMAC Properties. Contact: +971 58 592 3565 (phone and WhatsApp), leads.emir.dulovic@gmail.com.
What we collect
- What you type into a form: your name, WhatsApp number, preferred property type and, if you give them, your email address and purpose of purchase.
- Whether you ticked the optional box to receive updates about future launches.
- How you reached the page: UTM campaign tags, the page address, the referring page, your device type and the time of your request — and, where advertising cookies are allowed, advertising click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid).
- Your IP address and browser user agent, used to prevent spam and abuse.
We never ask for card or bank details, and we never take EOI payments on this website. EOI payments are made only through DAMAC’s official channels.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry about Sorrento at DAMAC Lagoons: to send you the official price list, floor plans, payment plan and EOI instructions when DAMAC releases them, and to follow up by WhatsApp, phone or email. If you ticked the optional box, we may also tell you about future DAMAC launches. We use advertising identifiers only to measure which ads lead to genuine enquiries. We never sell your details.
Processors
- Google — Google Sheets and Gmail (storing and notifying us of your enquiry); Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads (measurement and Enhanced Conversions, only where permitted).
- Meta — Meta Pixel and Conversions API (ad measurement, only where permitted). Contact details are sent only as one-way hashes.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised page-interaction analytics (heat-maps and session recordings), loaded through Google Tag Manager.
- Web3Forms — delivers your enquiry to our inbox by email.
- Our CRM provider — where we manage enquiries and follow-ups.
- WhatsApp — when you choose to message us.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage for analytics and ad measurement, and local storage to remember the campaign that brought you here for up to 90 days. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked first; if you decline, no analytics or advertising tags load and advertising identifiers are not stored or sent with your enquiry. The interactive map and the video load only when you press them; the map is provided by Google Maps.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.
